Hjørland to Speak at Wisconsin Distinguished Lecture Series World-renowned knowledge organization expert Birger Hjørland will be the keynote speaker at the Wisconsin Distinguished Lecture Series on Friday, November 19th, 2010 at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Golda Meir Library. The event is co-sponsored by the University fo Wisconsin-Madison's School of Library and Information Science (SLIS) and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's School of Information Studies (SOIS). This is the first time the two schools have co-sponsored an event in this series. The program runs from 5 to 6:30 PM in the Fourth Floor Conference Center.
