Topic: Freight Analysis Framework 3 

Description: The Freight Analysis Framework (FAF) provides a
comprehensive picture of freight flows to, from, and within the United
States. Hear about the improvements and updates included in FAF version
3, released in July 2010, which integrates data from the 2007 Commodity
Flow Survey and other sources. New estimates include tonnage and value
by commodity type, mode, origin, and destination for 2007. Also due for
release in October 2010 are forecasts through the year 2040 and an
assignment of truck flows to the highway network.
