Hello all- I have a couple of items to add. Under Diversity/Inclusion, I would be interested in hearing about how states have addressed public prayer. If anyone has examples please share. And also any other statements on inclusion that may have been sent out as college-wide directives. The other item relates to retention. I have been trying to revise the old numbers I have on turnover rate of agents. Would other states be willing to add to the data? It would involve 2 caculations, Annual Turnover= total agents divided by non-retirement departures and annual turnover=total agents divided by all departures. Looking forward to seeing everyone next week! Martha
