Dr. Doka is the author of 24 books and over 100 articles and book chapters. As a recognized authority on grief and loss, he has appeared as a commentator on CNN and Nightline and has keynoted conferences around the world. In addition, he has served as President of the Association for Death Education and Counseling, and was elected to the Board of Directors of the International Work Group on Dying, Death, and Bereavement.
