The 12th annual Parade of Ponds in Jackson TN, offers a Unique opportunity to view some of the most beautiful Water Features and Landscapes imaginable from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Saturday and from 1pm. till 4pm. on Sunday, June 5th. and 6th.
This self-guided tour will showcase more than 40 Water Gardens, Pondless Waterfalls and Unique One of a Kind Fountains.
This is our yearly benefit for the Jackson Madison County Humane Society. 100% of ALL money raised goes to the Humane Society! Come on out and help raise some much needed funding and enjoy a UNIQUE experience!
Every year we host the Parade of Ponds for the JMCHS. We support them because of what they do for our community! They help get lost, injured and mistreated animals off the streets of Madison County. They try to help rescue any animals in need, AND they help educate the public! But to do this it takes money. So we help by donating the funds from our Summer Pond Tour as well as our Fall Moonlight Pond Tour to help fund their mission. And I can’t think of a better way to raise funds for a deserving charity than to have a Water Garden/Pond Tour.
Your $10 Donation gives you a chance to get out with your family and friends and see some beautiful gardens and enjoy the weekend. Then later Saturday evening you can come out to the nursery and enjoy some good food and Live Music at our ‘Moonlight Pond Party’! This party is FREE with your ticket!

Butterfly House at Carter's Nursery
Due to popular demand, we will have the Butterfly House at the Nursery again this year! We had alot of fun last season and we are going to do it again this year starting with a Butterfly Garden class and a Butterfly release!
Set your Calendars for :
SATURDAY, JUNE 26TH 9am – 2pm.
In this class we will teach you how to design a Butterfly Garden and discuss what plants are necessary to “Host” & Feed your Butterflies. Plants and Butterflies along with “Kits” will be available at this seminar for purchase. A BUTTERFLY RELEASE WILL BE HELD ON THIS DAY! ! ! Bring your Cameras! The class will be presented by Celeste Bursi of Butterflies in Memphis! Don’t miss this Great Event!
