Reminder: Intelligence Analysis meeting

A meeting before ALA Annual in Washington DC that may be of interest. 
Registration information and other details follow below:


Purposes:       (1) To discuss the integration of analysis skills into
LIS and I-School Curricula and to highlight intelligence analysis as
another information career,

(2) to identify next steps and institutions that

INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS: A DISCUSSION OF CONVERGENT SKILLS AND THE FUTURE

       (Please note that this is not the Visitors' entrance address.)

Attendance:     All attendees must register if they wish to
participate. Required information (for security purposes) is the
individual's name as it appears on photo identification, date of
birth, and social security number. Please send the information no

       Non-US citizens may attend but advance registration is also
required. Indicate your non-citizenship status.  Please bring your
passport with you to the meeting.

       If you do not pre-register by June 11th, you will not be
admitted to the Robert F. Kennedy Building. Bring photo identification
with you to the meeting. A driver's license is sufficient for United
States citizens. Do not bring unregistered colleagues, family, or
friends with you to the meeting. There are no exceptions to this.

Entrance:       The Visitors' Entrance to the Department of Justice is
located on Constitution Avenue, NW between 9th and 10th Sts. The
closest Metro stop is Navy Memorial/Archives. Do not attempt to enter
the building from the Pennsylvania Avenue side even though
Pennsylvania Avenue is listed as the official mailing address. You
must enter on Constitution Avenue.
