Jan Watrous-McCabe is an instructional designer and Saba® Learning Management
System administrator for Allina® Hospitals & Clinics. Jan has an MS in
Education with a specialization in instructional design for online learning. In
her role as instructional designer, Jan has developed the methodology for the
creation and distribution of online mandatory education for the 23,000 Allina
employees. The ongoing challenge is to create curriculum that meets the needs
of the organization while engaging the learner.
