Have you ever been asked to develop a curriculum and didn't know where to begin?  Or were overwhelmed?

Join us Thursday, May 27 for the Webinar: Developing a Curriculum: The Fundamentals. You'll learn the basics of designing a curriculum and the challenges you need to address in creating a curriculum that meets the organizational need. Topics include:

 *   Definition of a curriculum
 *   Questions asked/answered when doing the needs assessment
 *   When and why you'd create a whole curriculum (and not just a single course)
 *   Implementing one
 *   Examples from a health care company on how they've created and implemented curricula for different jobs
 *   Other considerations:  prerequisites, packages, certification.

Jan Watrous-McCabe is an instructional designer and Saba(r) Learning Management System administrator for Allina(r) Hospitals & Clinics. Jan has an MS in Education with a specialization in instructional design for online learning. In her role as instructional designer, Jan has developed the methodology for the creation and distribution of online mandatory education for the 23,000 Allina employees. The ongoing challenge is to create curriculum that meets the needs of the organization while engaging the learner.
