We are searching for a replacement for the current part time
staff member during a semester off campus in the fall of 2010. This person
will function as an integral part of the Planning and Physician Services team
at Children’s Hospital.
1.
Working knowledge of a database application (such as
FoxPro or Excel) and/or a spreadsheet application (such as Excel).
2.
3-6 months of computer related work experience.
3.
Some college level computer experience
4.
Downloads data from the hospital computer system and
manipulates the data into a useful form.
5.
Monitors the arrival of hard copy reports from other
departments. Maintains appropriate computer data files based on these reports.
6.
Creates reports and updates programs related to
#’s 4 & 5 above.
Part-Time
working approximately 15 hours per week.
Flexible schedule
between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
