Computer Analysis Assistant Part Time Position Opening in August - December, 2010 We are searching for a replacement for the current part time staff member during a semester off campus in the fall of 2010. This person will function as an integral part of the Planning and Physician Services team at Children's Hospital. Qualifications 1. Working knowledge of a database application (such as FoxPro or Excel) and/or a spreadsheet application (such as Excel). 2. 3-6 months of computer related work experience. 3. Some college level computer experience Duties 4. Downloads data from the hospital computer system and manipulates the data into a useful form. 5. Monitors the arrival of hard copy reports from other departments. Maintains appropriate computer data files based on these reports. 6. Creates reports and updates programs related to #'s 4 & 5 above. Schedule Part-Time working approximately 15 hours per week. Flexible schedule between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
