Have you thought about doing a blog instead? Is this meant to be an internal communication method? We use a Wordpress template for a staff blog that is "supposed" to keep staff informed re: schedules, important announcements, events happening each day, who is here/not here, etc. It works for the most part, but is only as good as the people who need to log in and look at it daily. It is also a private blog so not viewable by just anyone on the Internet. Mary E.
