One of doctors in our hospital would like to setup a listserv. He tried to use Google Group service. The problem is that as a health organization, we have very strict rules in filtering emails. Messages from Google group or Yahoo group are blocked by our hospital IT. Is there any alternative way to setup a listserv without using the hospital resource and not being blocked by the filter?
