Dear Geography undergraduate students: In honor of Earth Day, the Graduate Association of Researchers in Geography (along with SPEAK and 10 other UTK departments/organizations) have organized a lecture by David Quammen on Thursday evening, April 22nd, entitled "Charles Darwin: The Secret Life of a Reluctant Revolutionary". The event begins at 7:30 p.m in the UC auditorium. David is the author of several best-selling books on biogeography, including "The Song of the Dodo," and is a contributing author to National Geographic. The first 500 attendees will receive free reusable water bottles.
