Question on LRS V fellowship eligibility:

One of the eligible categories is for "junior faculty" but then the
qualification goes on to state specifically someone who earned their degree
within the last 5 years.

But the two are not mutually exclusive.

I am a junior faculty member in a tenure-track appointment, but I am further
out than 5 years from earning my PhD. In this instance, which is the
operative criteria?

BTW I have submitted a paper for presentation.
