I have had several emails and question asking to add people to the listserv
who thought they were automatically added when they registered on the TMG
website. If you are registered on the website you are NOT automaticaly
registered on the listserve (I wish I could pull them together but we don't
have that capablity, for now).
TMG is a self join or leave list- so you can choose to be added or change
your email address if you switch providers.
Please let others in your program know this information. I would hate for
them to be left out of the FUN!!!

Winter School reminders!!!
Winter School is our annual training event for Master Gardeners and Agents.
Participants can choose a single track or the entire track for registration:
Education track $45 or the Leadership track $45 or the entire conference
$75. This year the free TYN pre-conference workshop option has been added,
but you must register for this workshop. There is no fee if you are only

pay with a credit card on a secure site hosted by UTIA.

Annual Reports are Due January 15th each year. I am still waiting for
several county reports. This is a requirement and UTE does need this
information to complete state and federal reports for program impacts and
continued funding.
Please send them in ASAP. We do also need the treasurer reports as well
(this is part of the annual report). If you need any assistance please email
me! All reports financial reports will be confidential.

We are a month away from the Second Annual Invasive Weed Awareness
Week, Feb. 22-27, 2010. If your organization has planned an invasive
plant removal project or an education event during or near these
dates, TN-EPPC would like to know the details for our media campaign.
Please send me the following information ASAP - no later than Feb. 1:
Day(s), date(s) and times (start/end)
Event location
Event description (brief - one or two sentences)
Contact info - person, phone number and/or email
TN-EPPC will send the full list of your TN-IWAW events to print and
broadcast media in the state on Feb. 8, along with our Joint
Legislative Resolution from the Tennessee General Assembly. We will
also send this information to all of you. Those who are not planning
your own event may wish to help with another in your area.
Please send us photos of your event. TN-EPPC's new Web site is now up
(www.tneppc.org), and we'll be happy to post some pictures of
Tennessee citizens ripping out privet or garlic mustard!!
