Coming
to the ALISE Conference in Boston next week? Come learn more about the Young
Adult Library Services Association (YALSA)! YALSA's President Linda W. Braun will
be attending the meeting and YALSA will have an exhibit booth at the conference.
Stop by YALSA's booth to meet with YALSA members, ask questions about the
association, pick up swag and handouts and learn more about YALSA’s
resources for instructors and library school students. On Jan. 12, please come
to the YALSA Happy Hour, hosted by YALSA. YALSA's President, Linda W. Braun,
and other YALSA leaders will be on hand to chat with you about the association
and answer any questions you may have. Members and not-yet-members
alike are welcome! The event is from 5-7 p.m. on Jan. 12 at the
Rattlesnake Bar, 384 Boylston Street, Boston. Cash bar. Attendees
can connect with fellow YALSA members and library colleagues and win raffle
prizes, including YALSA publications and more.
