What does an Increase in Minimum Wage Mean for Employers and Employees?

In less than two weeks the federal minimum wage will be increasing from $6.55 to $7.25. This additional 70 cents an hour is going to hurt the retail and restaurant industry -- and industry that has already been hit hard by the current recession. Less is More

Can you summarize your leadership and/or career in just a six word sentence? This may seem like a difficult task; however, you may find a renewed sense of direction and purpose after trying to describe your goals in such a concise manner. The female half of the couple has fifteen years plus in Internet Development and holds a master's degree from MIT in engineering. The male half of the couple is my age, a kind of wunderkind who stepped off the commencement stage at UCLA into a lucrative consulting position in the Bay area.

While no one likes to admit it or even think about it, we have all made Email mistakes whether it be replying-all when we meant only to respond to one person, sending an email to entirely the wrong person or even worse, to a person who should absolutely NEVER have seen the Email's contents. Again, you are not alone! These mistakes are inevitable and are made at all levels. A recent study found that 78% of the executives polled admitted to this mistake.
