Knowledge Management Analyst
Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, is seeking qualified candidates for the
position of Knowledge Management Analyst. The Mayo Clinic Global
Products/Services - Product Development Research team is in immediate
need of a talented, insightful individual capable of organizing,
analyzing and synthesizing the medical literature for writers of
consumer health products and services. Other duties include training
writers in the use of electronic and print information resources,
cataloging digital media assets and maintaining an intranet site.
Qualified candidates must have a master's degree in knowledge management
or library and information studies from a program accredited by the
American Library Association. Knowledge of medical terminology is
required, plus a minimum of 2 years' experience researching medical
literature. Attention to detail, persistence and excellent
verbal/written communication skills are necessary as well. Telecommuting
is not available for this position at this time. Mayo Clinic, one of
