Qualifications: ALA accredited Masters degree. Two years reference and/or instruction experience. Ability to work creatively and effectively in a team environment to enhance library programs and services, to work well with students, faculty, and staff, to quickly learn new technologies and skills, and to meet promotion and tenure requirements which require scholarly activity and service. Ability to create web pages, online tutorials, and guides using relevant applications (e.g. HTML, Dreamweaver, Word). Knowledge of current trends in information literacy. Must demonstrate an understanding of diversity issues.
