The Westchester County Archives invites applicants for the position of "Staff Assistant (Archivist)". Duties include archival processing, arrangement and description, reference and supervision of volunteer program.  Strong archival and computer skills essential; grant writing or scanning experience a plus. B.A. plus 1 yr. archival experience required.  May substitute M.A. in History or Library Science for the 1 yr. exp. in Archives; Certificate in Archives for 6 mo. exp.  Position subject to Civil Service Examination. EOE.  Salary range $39,000 - $43,000, dependent on experience.
