IT TEAM LEADER- OIT Customer Technology Support- Pay Grade 40, DOE&Q,
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience. Requires at
least four years of hands-on experience with Windows-based technologies.
Must possess broad technical knowledge of the operating characteristics
of personal computers and core operating system software. Must possess
knowledge of computer networks and be familiar with IT Security
standards and best practices. Requires at least two years of
demonstrated customer service experience. Some previous supervisory
experience is highly desired. A+ certification is highly desired. Must

owned computers and for fielding calls regarding networking, security
and desktop issues. High school diploma required. Bachelor's or

GRADUATE ASSISTANTS - I am looking for three Graduate Assistants to work
in the OIT Computer Service Center in the Commons. The students will
provide technology consulting assistance to faculty, staff, and
students. Applicants should be self-motivated, possess good customer
service and communication skills, able to take initiative, and be
comfortable talking with people. The student must be available to work
20 hours per week (preferably in blocks of 3+ hours). The student will
receive full tuition reimbursement as well as a monthly stipend.
