I am now working at the Jackson-George Regional Library System and am hoping that you can help me by posting a job ad for a cataloging position we have available in our system. We need someone with supervisory experience as well as original cataloging abilities. This person will manage our technical services department which includes acquisitions as well as copy cataloging, original cataloging and processing of all materials for 8 branches in our system. You can access the job ad at: http://www.jgrls.org/employment.html As you probably know catalogers are hard to find. Catalogers with supervisory experience are even more difficult to locate. I know that other alumni that have stayed in the area are probably better at staying in touch with the graduate school than I have been since leaving Tennessee.
