The Forsyth County Public Library is seeking someone who is interest is in serving as a webmaster and in working as a reference librarian as well. Spend half of your time overseeing the Library’s web and electronic resources, to include development and content of the website, integrating the SIRSI public catalog with Library’s electronic resources. The rest will be devoted to reference duties.
We are seeking someone with the experience and a record of web success to work on our site (www.forsythlibrary.org) in conjunction with the county eGov team. The challenge will be to make our online presence effective, appealing and relevant.
After you have visited the site to get a feel for the library, and investigated our reputation, note that applications are taken online only at the Library website or the Forsyth County site, www.forsyth.cc. The job title is Librarian Internet Services.
