Library Director -- Buffalo and Erie County Public Library -- New York
Library: Library Director. The Buffalo and Erie County (New York)
Public Library seeks nominations and applications for a dynamic and
innovative individual to lead the team that is defining its future!
Increased funding and permanent passage of legislation that safeguards its
annual appropriation ensure that this metropolitan library system is poised
to recapture a position of preeminence among American public libraries.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Library and Information Science
from an ALA accredited program and 10 years (minimum) of progressively
responsible library experience, at least 5 years of which must have been
in a senior administrative or management capacity of a large public
library or library system. Minimum starting salary of $107,500+ based on
