College at Cortland -- New York
S U N YPUBLIC SERVICES AND COLLECTIONS LIBRARIANState University of New
York College at CortlandThe State University of New York College at
Cortland is seeking a public services and collection librarian to
coordinate the public services of circulation and periodicals/media and
coordinate the collection devel- opment of the library's monograph
collection. Responsibilities include supervision of the circulation and
periodicals/media staff, coordinating the acquisition of monographs,
supervising stack maintenance, and providing reference assistance.
Required qualifications: MLS from an ALA accredited institution,
experience or internship in an academic library or special library and
understanding of user-centered services. Preferred qualifications:
Collection development or acquisitions, refer- ence services and
