Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate achievement of excellence in research, teaching, and service in an interdisciplinary environment. The successful candidates will be expected to teach and conduct research in one or more of the following areas: * Archival studies, with emphasis on arrangement, description and preservation * Record systems * Services and resources for children and young adults * Management of information-based organizations; organizational behaviour * Knowledge organization * Serving multicultural communities * Digital collections and services Applicants must hold a completed or nearly complete Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a field related to the teaching and research areas of the position. Applicants must provide strong evidence of teaching effectiveness and continued professional growth; demonstrate excellence in research and scholarly activity; and have a strong publication record commensurate with their experience.
