Assistant Professor/Access Services Librarian -- Central Missouri State
University -- Missouri
Library: University of Central Missouri, Assistant
Professor/Access Services Librarian. Warrensburg, Missouri. Full-time,
12-month, tenure-track faculty appointment. Responsibilities include
managing access services to support the research and educational goals of
UCM. Assures quality customer services to users while managing and
supervising six support staff positions in Circulation, Delivery Services,
Interlibrary Loan and Stack Maintenance, including performance evaluation,
personnel coaching and counseling, scheduling, disciplinary action,
writing job descriptions, and facilitating staff meetings. Takes an active
role in the library's instruction program, reference services, collection
development, and participates in scholarship and services as tenure-track
library faculty member. Screening begins September 17, 2007 and continues
