Mentoring:      The Head of Monographs will serve as a mentor. The Resident will periodically be expected to meet with the Assistant Director for Administrative Services, Assistant Director for Technical Services and Information Technology, and the Director of Libraries. Peer mentoring is also an available option.

Professional

Development:    The Libraries will provide financial support to participate in a variety of professional conferences and meetings as well as programs such as the Minnesota Institute for Early Career Librarians from                            Traditionally Underrepresented Groups and the ALCTS Business of Acquisitions online course.

Qualifications: Required:  Applicants should have recently completed requirements for a Masters degree from an ALA-

Salary and rank:        $41,000 minimum; Visiting Faculty (non-tenure track)
