Requires flexible scheduling and will include some night and weekend hours. Requirements include: - Masters degree in library or information science from an ALA-accredited college or university. - Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in library management. - Demonstrated interpersonal and supervisory skills. - Experience in developing and managing to performance measures. -Demonstrated ability to manage both professional and paraprofessional staff.
