Biological Sciences and Life Sciences Liaison Librarian

Colorado State University Libraries

This faculty position is the primary liaison between the Colorado State
University Libraries and the departments of Biochemistry and Molecular
Biology, Biology, Psychology in the College of Natural Sciences and the
departments of Health and Exercise Science plus Food Science and Human
Nutrition in the College of Applied Human Sciences.  It presents
exciting opportunities for a librarian who is innovative,
technologically literate and interested in exploring new options for
providing proactive services.  Reporting to the Libraries' Coordinator
of College Liaisons, this librarian will work closely with students,
faculty, researchers, and administrators in the above named areas to
promote research initiatives, digital projects, institutional
repositories, and grant activities. Responsibilities: developing,
implementing and assessing effective subject-based instructional
programs and research services; collection development and faculty
liaison responsibilities for academic departments within the Colleges;
collaborating with academic faculty in the design of innovative
instruction; creating expanded programs for library services. For a full

College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences Liaison Librarian

This faculty position is the primary liaison between the Colorado State
University Libraries and the College of Veterinary Medicine and
Biomedical Sciences. It presents exciting opportunities for a librarian
who is innovative, technologically literate and interested in exploring
new options for providing proactive services. Reporting to the
Libraries' Coordinator of College Liaisons, this librarian will work
closely with students, faculty, researchers, and administrators to
promote research initiatives, digital projects, institutional
repositories, and grant activities. Responsibilities: developing,
implementing and assessing effective subject-based instructional
programs and research services; collection development and faculty
liaison responsibilities for academic departments within the College;

program oversight for the Veterinary Teaching Hospital Branch Library by
