JOB POSTING CIRCULATION SUPERVISOR PAY RANGE, $13.45 to $14.10 - BENEFIT PACKAGE 40 HOURS PER WEEK SOME NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS CLOSES JUNE 8, 2007 REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree desired or Associate's Degree with three to five years of supervisory and public service experience, preferably within a library. Must have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of all computer programs ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages daily operations and functions of the circulation desk. Supervises, directs and evaluates eleven staff members, handling employee concerns and problems. Performs general circulation tasks. Maintains the library's collection of books, publications, audiovisual and other materials. Working knowledge of Microsoft office professional, familiarity with library automation database systems.
