Librarian, Instructional Services -- Florida Southern College -- Florida
Library: Librarian, Instructional Services. Florida Southern College
seeks an enthusiastic, innovative, technologically savvy librarian to
serve as a member of the instructional services team. One-year appointment
with possibility of continuation. Responsibilities: creating Web-based
information literacy modules and instructional materials, developing and
conducting library instruction at the Lakeland campus and remote sites,
other duties as assigned. Requirements: ALA-accredited MLS,
familiarity with theory and practice in Web-based instruction and
assessment; strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Twelve-month contract, some evening and weekend hours. Entry-level
candidates will be considered; salary commensurate with experience.
Preferred start date on or before August 1, 2007. Deadline:
