Doctorate in agribusiness/agricultural economics required. ABD with documented plan for completion by June 2008 will be considered. General background and work/teaching experience within the broad area of agribusiness/agricultural economics preferred. Demonstrated skills in communications, human relations and leadership in the field of agribusiness preferred. Will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in agribusiness and agricultural economics and developing new courses that will enhance the current Agribusiness curriculum. Public service and research activities, undergraduate student advising, and the establishment of a positive rapport with regional agribusiness firms. Participate in research and scholarly activities and serve on committees. Take an active role in conducting a quality graduate program. Provide service support to agriculture.
