The New Brunswick campus libraries seek a Humanities Librarian to develop print and digital research collections, serve as liaison to Philosophy, Classics and Religion departments, and provide information services and instruction. This is a tenure-track appointment, and research/publication and participation in professional organizations is expected. A Master's degree from an ALA-accredited institution required; an advanced degree in a relevant discipline is desirable. Reading knowledge of Latin, Classical Greek, and one or more modern European languages is required; knowledge of additional ancient languages such as Hebrew desirable. At least one year of professional experience, including collection development, reference, and instruction, is required.
