Humanities Librarian --  Rutgers University at New Brunswick -- New Jersey
 

Library/Humanities: Rutgers University Libraries, Humanities
Librarian. The New Brunswick campus libraries seek a Humanities Librarian
to develop print and digital research collections, serve as liaison to
Philosophy, Classics and Religion departments, and provide information
services and instruction. This is a tenure-track appointment, and
research/publication and participation in professional organizations
is expected. A Master's degree from an ALA-accredited institution
required; an advanced degree in a relevant discipline is desirable. 
Reading knowledge of Latin, Classical Greek, and one or more modern
European languages is required; knowledge of additional ancient languages
such as Hebrew desirable. At least one year of professional experience,
including collection development, reference, and instruction, is required.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the U.S.  Review of
