On-Line Adjunct and Full-Time Faculty Positions in Information Systems --
Baker College of Flint -- Michigan
Information Systems: On-line Adjunct and Full-time faculty positions
in Information Systems. Baker College Center for Graduate Studies is
seeking a full-time faculty member for the new online Master of
Science in Information Systems program. We are seeking candidates with
either a primary specialty in information security, or a specialty in
database management systems. While teaching excellence is the primary
emphasis of the new program, there is also a reasonable research
expectation associated with these positions. Current research interests
include information systemspedagogy, virtual worlds for teaching, and
human-computer interaction. A Ph.D. in Information Systems or a closely
related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with
industrial/commercial experience in the information systems
field. Salary is competitive and based on experience and
qualifications. Residency in, or relocation to Michigan required.

a program that can give students both the technical and managerial

organizations. Adjunct Positions - In addition to the above position,
adjunct faculty with a terminal degree and industrial experience are
sought to teach online in a variety of subspecialties within
information systems, including security and project management. Since
the teaching will be online, residency in Michigan is not required.
