Curator of Books --  Folger Shakespeare Library -- D.C.
 
CURATOR OF BOOKS
M.A. required; M.L.S./Ph.D. preferred. Subject expertise in literature or
history in the early modern period. Five to eight
years'scholarly/professional experience with collections pertaining to
early modern period. Scholarly understanding of bibliography and the
history of the book. Proficiency in caring for rare and fragile primary
research material. Knowledge of Latin and one foreign language (French,
German, or Italian preferred). Saturday rotations as needed. Salary in
