Thanks!) ********************************* Innovative Technology Center Graduate Assistant The ITC is seeking applicants for a 20 hour/week Technical Support Graduate Assistantship to be filled by Aug 23, 2006 (to receive a full fall tuition waiver). This Graduate Assistant will give support to various ITC functions, including providing support for live, online classroom sessions. Other daily functions may be added as required. Hours will be after 5pm M-Th and 8am-1pm Saturday mornings. To be successful, an applicant must possess good computer and network troubleshooting skills including OSes, browsers, firewalls, and other connectivity hardware / software. Experience with Centra software a plus. PC troubleshooting skills required, but Mac skills a plus as well.
