Hey all, I now have official information on what exactly will be going on at Relay for Life. First off, the fundraising is very important. There will be a doughnut sale in the UC Plaza Friday morning from 9-11, so come out and support us. We will be selling the doughnuts 1/$.75; 2/$1; and 12/$5. I just found out that we only get t-shirts based on how much money we raise. For every $100 we raise, we get a t-shirt. SO, it is important that we sell the doughnuts and sell a lot of them!!! We have some orders and thank you so much to those whole sold boxes. Most of them, however, are ones that I sold. I know it is hard to get people to buy but I have gotten at least 10 so I know, at least 2 or 3 is possible. I am attaching the form at the bottom of this email again just in case anyone finds any last minute buyers. It is really important that I get an accurate number so we can order enough to sell in the UC plaza. OK, one other important thing. Does anyone know anyone in the canoeing and hiking club? We really need some type of tent (I was thiking a tarp on some sort of poles) for our campsite. It wouldn't be that terribly importnat except that it is supposed to rain on late friday/early saturday. So, if anyone knows anyone in that club please let me know or ask them if they would be willing to rent a few out for us. If anyone wants to donate any amount, it is for the American Cancer Society. There is also a luminaria ceremony and people buy luminarium in honor of or in memory of loved ones. If anyone wants to do that then let me know. Other than that, I still have not been able to pick out or campsite so, I will get back to you all on that. People participating, registration starts at 5 on friday. We will figure out a place to meet when I get to reserve our campsite. Sorry this was so long!!!! Thanks to you all!!!!
