For Make a Difference Day this year, we began Golden Key's involvement with
the Salvation Army. We helped with serving dinner to the homeless in honor
of Golden Key's International Service Initiative of Helping the Homeless.
All of the participants had such a great time that we decided to make it a
weekly activity! You don't have to sign up, just come when you can!
Golden Key members will be there! Here are the details:

Beginning this Wednesday, February 19 we will meet on campus to
head over to the Salvation Army and serve dinner before our membership
meeting. This activity will continue for the remainder of the semester,
prior to each of our Wednesday night membership meetings.

When: 4:00-6:00 PM, before Wednesday meetings. Begin serving dinner at
4:30.

Where: Meet in front of the money wall on campus. If you're planning on
driving, just pull up. But if you need a ride, that's no problem...this is
where you'll catch it.

Who: For anybody interested, bring your friend or roommate if you'd like!

Why: Because it's important to become involved in the organizations of
which you are a part. Not to mention this is an easy, quick, fun way of
making an impact in your community and a difference in someone else's life.

If you are interested in coming along this Wednesday, Feb. 19, please email
me so I can get a head count. Be sure to include whether you'll be driving
or will need a ride. If you can't be there right at 4:00, but would still
like to come join us, let me know and I can send you directions.

I look forward to seeing you soon!

Thanks,
