We are looking for an Atlanta-based Marketing Communications & Community Affairs Coordinator to join our U.S. marketing team and assist in the planning and management of a number of initiatives and programs for our Atlanta, Florida and Birmingham markets that help build the image and brand of Accenture. The position, which reports to the local Community Affairs & Communications senior manager, is based in downtown Atlanta and does require some travel and weekend work. Qualifications for this position are: * 4 to 5 years (max. of 5 years) of Marketing Communications experience in internal communications, community relations, volunteer coordination and event planning. * Experience in implementing and/or supporting strategic marketing & communications programs related to brand and image. * Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work in a diverse environment at e-speed with entry- to senior-level personnel. * Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access. Lotus Notes development a plus. * Bachelor's degree in English, journalism or mass communications.
