I want to reach out and share a new job posting within the Tickle College of Engineering Advising team. The posting is attached and in the Human Resources

This position works directly with undergraduate students majoring in Engineering and students seeking access to Engineering majors. It is an Exempt, full-time, 12-month, non-tenure track staff position with benefits. The salary is in the market range 7 for
our University. Advisors have a Career Path that includes professional development opportunities and advancement. The Advisor office is in room 160 Zeanah Engineering Complex.
Advisors work with 300 students for academic course planning (tutors, honors program requirements, etc.), connection to experience learning opportunities
(study abroad, coops, internships, research, etc.) and career planning (major selections, minors, job exploration, etc.). Advisors have many campus partners that work with and support undergraduate students such as success coaches, financial counselors, and
faculty.
