Good afternoon,

I am so pleased to share that we have finally received approval to recruit an Associate Dean of Students position.  This position will provide leadership for the Student Support and Case Management (SSCM) area of the Dean of Students office and may serve as my designee in the event of my absence.  They will supervise a team of assistant deans and case managers, chair the Student Care Team and advance a portfolio that includes a broad range of university and Student Affairs programs and services, including but not limited to non-clinical student case management (intake, assessment, intervention, follow-up, and documentation), basic needs insecurity, student emergency and hardship funding, financial literacy, and shared responsibility with me for student crisis response.  The Associate Dean will have on-call responsibilities, serves as a CSA and responsible employee, and may be eligible for hybrid or remote work.
