Another opportunity at Austin Peay State University. Director for the Full Spectrum Learning program is posted. We are one of two institutions in Tennessee with this type of program for students on the Autism Spectrum. https://apsu.peopleadmin.com/postings/12583

The Program Director provides administrative oversight of Full Service Spectrum learning (FSL) services in accordance with all applicable regulations. The Program Director develops, implements, and oversees programmatic group and individualized activities, using evidenced based practices and specialized strategies that are effective with individuals with autism. The FSL director reports directly to the Dean of the College of Education.

Founded in 1927, the school is named after former Tennessee Governor Austin Peay, a Clarksville native. Austin Peay is a four-year public, doctoral-level university, with six colleges and four Chairs of Excellence. Austin Peay’s strategic plan focuses on five goals that will guide the University through the next 10 years. The five goals are growing enrollment, building student success, sustaining University growth, expanding diversity and enhancing communication. Austin Peay is located only 30 minutes North of Nashville.
