Penn’s College Houses and Academic Services (CHAS) recently celebrated 20 years of serving our students in residential living learning communities that integrate academic life with our undergraduates’ residential experience throughout our 12 College Houses. This Fall 2021, we will be expanding by opening our 13th College House and are also welcoming all first and second year undergraduates in the on-campus residential experience. At this time, we are seeking applications for an Executive Director of CHAS who will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, development, daily operations, and budgeting for all of Penn’s College Houses and for engaging undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and staff in the mission of integrating academic life into our living and learning communities. The Executive Director will design and oversee efforts to strengthen and invigorate programs and supports for community building, wellness, and other co-curricular initiatives, and supervise a dedicated staff as well as collaborate with multiple campus partners.
