In December 2020, NASPA Region III recognizes Megan Fox (Cohort 2021) as the New Professional and Graduate Student Spotlight (see attached newsletter).
Megan currently serves as an Assistant Hall Director for University Housing. Megan will graduate from the CSP program in May 2021.
The newsletter includes the following description of Megan's accomplishments as a graduate student:
In Megan’s first year as a graduate student they unexpectedly became acting Hall Director for their building. Megan handled this transition with tenacity and a willingness to improve her skills. Despite having not worked in housing previously, Megan was able to uphold the standards of UTK and University Housing and then assist in the implementation of a new hall director all while in their first semester of grad school. In addition, over the spring and summer of 2020, Megan assisted in research on COVID-19 and student engagement practices that was published through the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Postsecondary Education Research Center.
Congratulations Megan!
