We will be meeting for dinner at Dr. Struve's house this evening. I would
like anyone with a car to please drive in an effort to let our tour
drivers leave as needed so they can return to Wooster at a reasonable
hour. The vans will be providing a ride TO Dr. Struve's house, departing
at 4:45 PM from the Springhill Suites Lobby. Dinner and festivities will
begin at 5:00 to 5:30 PM. Dr. Struve's address is 386 E Torrence Rd,
Columbus Ohio. Directions from the hotel can be found at
http://goo.gl/maps/EN0j. If lost, Dr. Struve's cell number is
614.313.5975. Look forward to seeing you this evening.

Subject: NC1186 meeting details, station reports due 7/9
Hi all,
Jim prepared the following agenda for our upcoming meeting. The exact
meeting room name/number will be provided shortly.
Below are a few additional details.
1. You must cancel your hotel room if you are not attending. Jim's
account will be charged for those rooms that aren't cancelled. Please
check the attached room list and cancel your room if you are listed but
not attending. Please also let Jim know if you are listed and not
attending.
2. Please note that you must register separately to attend OFA.
3. Please send one station report per institution by July 9th. Station
reports should be 1 page max irrespective of publication list. Email your
report to me at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. Just as a
reminder there are five interrelated areas relevant to this project: 1.
Source water management and quality, 2. Irrigation management, 3. Runoff
water management and quality, 4. Substrate and nutrition management, and
5. Pathogens and crop health management.
Please frame your report around these areas. A few examples from last
year are attached.
4. Please prepare a 5 minute oral report. No Powerpoints!
5. Participants do not need to pay a registration fee; Jim Owen is
covering the snacks and drinks that would normally be covered by a
registration fee.
Looking forward to seeing you!
