>6:00 followed by Dr. Creighton's presentation and a QA session.

>Creighton has been in the public participation field for more than 25
>years and has been involved in designing and/or conducting more than 200
>public involvement programs. Jim has been described by the American
>Water Works Association as "the foremost public participation expert in

>Public Participation (IAP2), serving two terms as President. He is the
>author of a textbook and numerous guides on public participation and
>dispute resolution.
