It appears that there may have been some miscommunication on this. The technician who responded to the work order confirmed what was recorded in our work order management system...the work order was responded to on Sept 6. When the technician arrived, one of the suitemates stated that the problem with the toilet had resolved itself. Our technician checked and confirmed that the toilet was flushing and subsequently closed out the work order. No additional work orders have been received, but we are sending the technician back today to see what the problem with the toilet is.
Unfortunately, our technician did not record the name of the suitemate with whom he spoke...information that he should have gathered and included in his documentation.
Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We will continue to investigate to ensure the toilet is working properly.
