While on campus, you may notice your phone isn't connecting to WiFi. See the email below for how to fix that.

Subject: [CCI-FACSTAFF] Phone WIFI!!!
Hello,
Welcome back to campus. You may quickly notice that your phone is no longer connecting to WiFi, even though it is registered. New security measures on the phones will break your registration by using random MAC addresses so you need to turn that off.
To Disable MAC Randomization on iOS Devices:
• Open the Settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, then tap Wi-Fi or WLAN
• Tap the information button next to your network
• Turn off Private Address
• Re-join the network
To Disable MAC Randomization on Android Devices:
• Open the Settings
• Tap Network & Internet -> Wi-Fi
• Tap the gear icon associated with your network
• Tap Advanced
• Type Privacy
• Tap Use device MAC
• Re-join the network
As always, let us know if you need more assistance.
John
