UTFS Alert - power is getting ready to be restored at Tickle (May be on by the time you get this).  The visual inspection of the switchgear did not find a problem.

Once power is restored, personnel will monitor the switchgear for a while.  Then the emergency generator will be reconnected.

If all goes well we will advise when things are back to normal.
